Estimates that hold. Bills that match.
Self-pay patients are owed a good faith estimate, and Texas adds its own rules. We help you meet both and check each bill against its estimate first.
Early access in Texas
- One estimate that meets the federal rule and Texas HB 1314
- Anesthesia, pathology and radiology groups add their own estimates, free
- Every bill checked against its estimate before release
- Help with the evidence if a patient opens a dispute
Estimates go out under your name, and your staff decide when they are sent. Revise never contacts patients.
The problem
The federal clock is short
Uninsured and self-pay patients get a good faith estimate within 1 business day when care is scheduled 3 to 9 business days out, and within 3 when it is 10 or more.32
$400 opens a dispute
If one provider’s bill beats its estimate by $400 or more, the patient can open a federal dispute within 120 days, and collection on that bill stops while it is pending.33
Texas raised the stakes
Since September 1, 2025, Texas facilities must email an estimate within 5 business days of a request. A facility that does not can lose the right to send the account to collections.34
What you get
- Estimates built from your cash prices and your co-providers’ own numbers.
- Delivery deadlines tracked from the moment a visit is scheduled or a price is asked for.
- A check of every bill against its estimate, provider by provider, before statements go out.
- A record of every estimate and change, kept with the chart.
- The evidence packet ready if a patient opens a dispute.
How it works
- 01
Schedule as usual.
Your scheduling system tells us when an estimate is due.
- 02
Co-providers add theirs.
Anesthesia, pathology and radiology groups enter their own estimates at no cost.
- 03
You send it.
The estimate goes to the patient under your name.
- 04
Bills are checked.
Before a statement goes out, it is compared with the estimate.
Who it is for
- Texas cash-pay surgical programs and ASCs
- Imaging centers with self-pay exams
- Anesthesia, pathology and radiology groups (free seats)
What we never do
- Contact your patients
- Collect on your bills
- Pad estimates
Pricing
Pricing at early access. Co-provider seats are free.
Do you send estimates to our patients?
No. Revise never contacts patients. Estimates go out under your name, and your staff decide when they are sent.
How do co-providers take part?
Anesthesia, pathology and radiology groups enter their own estimates at no cost, so the estimate your patient gets includes their part.
What if a bill comes in over the estimate?
We check every bill against its estimate before it goes out, so you see any gap before your patient does. A bill $400 or more over its estimate lets the patient open a federal dispute.
Does this cover insured patients?
The federal estimate rule covers uninsured and self-pay patients. Texas law, as amended by HB 1314, lets any consumer, insured or not, ask a facility for an estimate. Revise Estimates covers both.
Do you collect on our bills?
No. We check bills before they go out. Collection stays with you.
When can we start, and what does it cost?
Estimates is in early access in Texas. Pricing is set at early access, and co-provider seats are free.
