Three engines, one ledger. Two screens.
Engines do the work, a ledger records it, and a portal and app show it. Every number traces back to a document.
In build with our first design partners. Status is marked on each part.
Three engines. Each one shows its work.
Every output is structured, cited and scored for confidence. All three are in build with design partners.
Engine 1: Decides what qualifies
Reads 835s, 837s, EOBs and exports. Rules each claim federal, state or ineligible, cites the rule and audits the QPA.
Engine 2: Negotiates and files
Sends notices, proposes offers from the award model, picks or objects to IDR entities, batches to the 50-item cap and drafts briefs.
Engine 3: Collects the award
Runs the 30-day payment clock on every award, matches remits to awards and escalates the unpaid: demand, complaint, counsel.
Readouts show illustrative claim IDs.
Humans sign. The engine does the rest.
People review only when confidence is low or the money is high. Their decisions train the next version.

One ledger, three ways in.
Each view reads from the same ledger, so what you see is what the engine did.

Money tiles, deadline radar, claim detail with citations, and a statement reconciled to remits.

Send us one month of remits.
We’ll show you what you left on the table.
Seven business days. No cost. A line-by-line report of eligible claims you didn’t file, QPAs that don’t add up, and awards you were never paid.
