  • QPAs that do not add up against public benchmarks
  • Awards you were never paid with the next escalation step
  • What it is worth after fees, claim by claim

Questions

About the audit.

Does the audit cost anything?

No. If the report finds money, most groups start a pilot. If it does not, we will tell you and you owe nothing.

Is the audit binding?

No. Reading the report does not commit you to anything. Nothing is filed until you sign an MSA.

What if we are under contract with another vendor?

The audit is still useful: it shows what your vendor filed, what it missed and which awards are unpaid. Unpaid awards are often outside an exclusivity clause.

How do you protect our data?

A BAA first, then a secure upload link. Files are stored encrypted in the United States, used only for the audit, and deleted on request if you do not go ahead.
