Ask any vendor

Five questions that end most sales calls.

Your vendor should answer each one from its own records, in writing.

  1. 01

Show me the last 12 statements. How much of the fee was on awards we never collected?

  2. 02

Who paid the IDRE fees on the disputes that were ruled ineligible?

  3. 03

What happens to our pipeline if we want to leave in year two?

  4. 04

Which IDR entity decided each of our disputes last quarter, and what was our win rate with each?

  5. 05

How many of our awards are more than 30 days past the payment deadline right now?

Switching guide

Switching, in practice.

We are inside a three-year exclusive. What can move now?

Usually the awards you have already won but have not been paid. Read your agreement: collections on awarded disputes are often outside the covered services. We take them at 8% with no fees, so the first thing you see from us is cash.

Will switching lose disputes in flight?

No. Open disputes stay with the vendor that filed them until they close. We take new claims from the date your agreement allows.

What do you need from our current vendor?

Nothing we cannot get from you: your remits, your payer list and, for unpaid awards, the determination letters.

Where do these comparisons come from?

The HaloMD agreement Nutex Health filed with the SEC as Exhibit 10.17 to its FY2025 Form 10-K, Nutex’s Q2 2026 results, and CMS reports. Each row cites its source.

Send us one month of remits.
We’ll show you what you left on the table.

Seven business days. No cost. A line-by-line report of eligible claims you didn’t file, QPAs that don’t add up, and awards you were never paid.
